Virtual Training

Online personal training is the most flexible and cost effective way to work with a personal trainer to achieve your goals. With our virtual coaching programs, you get customized workouts created specifically for you. It is flexible because you are able to perform your workouts at home, outdoors or local fitness centers. You will get personal support from your trainer for each workout. Just like in-person training, you get a personalized program built for you, detailed instruction for each exercise, feedback on your form, and encouragement from your coach on when to push yourself to do more. With this program, you also get personal support throughout each month, and will be able to communicate with your trainer about your training journey. Every week you will have a 30 minute online meeting which allows you to ask all the questions that you might have and make adjustments to your program or form.
